Elaine Murphy is a versatile, professional musician. Classically trained,
she studied harp, flute and piano. Her repertoire includes Classical,
Pop, Jazz, and Celtic music.

She has performed in Asia, Canada, Central America, and South
America as well as across the United States. Her professional training includes a Bachelor's Degree from Boston University, a Masters Degree from Rice University and a Doctorate from the University of Southern California.

She performs as both a soloist and as a member of chamber and orchestral ensembles. Living in the Los Angeles area, she works as a performer, teacher and recording artist. Elaine Murphy is involved in Music Education and teaches both children and adults in the greater Los Angeles area. She performs for numerous live concerts and special events and she is active in the recording industry.
